The partnership between the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia WA (SSAAWA) and the Red Card for Rabbits and Foxes program has again provided benefits to the Regional Men’s Health Initiative (RMHI).
Red Card for Rabbits and Foxes is a community based feral animal control program that is run by Wheatbelt NRM. This is the fifth year SSAAWA has supported Red Card and RMHI.
Based on a $5 donation per pest culled in the community events across the Southwest, SSAAWA have presented a cheque for $19,000 to RMHI to support their work in raising awareness of men’s health and wellbeing in regional, rural, and remote WA. This has resulted in $92,000 being donated over the past 5 years.
These donations continue to support special projects such as the “Talk to a Mate® Men’s Wellbeing Round” with the WACFL, our “Warrior Ambassador Award Program”, and our self-published book – “Working with Warriors®”.

Thankyou to all those concerned and to Ron Bryant from the SSAAWA for his continued support.
